I recently had the pleasure of playing golf at Morinaga Takataki Country Club. Here are my notes.
- Overall, the course was beautiful. The maintenance was good.
- The green was aerated and had holes. However, I didn’t feel that the rolling was odd.
- Unfortunately, it was raining. I did not use the driving range, but it is spacious. I heard that we used to be able to hit a ball on the grass, but now there are mats.
- With the discount coupon that my companion had, it is a little over 12,000 yen on weekdays, with a meal.
- For lunch, I ordered curry, as I often do at golf courses. It tasted good. But I can’t remember the characteristics.
- One of the companions ate “Takeoka style ramen”. The color of the soup is quite black ramen. Seeing it, I thought it would be nice to try it.

- A ladies professional golf tournament used to be held here.
- As the name suggests, it is run by Morinaga. Morinaga’s snacks or sweets in a large paper bag are sold that we don’t usually see, and many people buy them as souvenirs for their families. In fact, two of my companions bought it.
- Ball markers and balls with Chocoball Kyoro-chan printed on them were also sold.
- One thing I found interesting was the layout of the bath and locker room. The locker room is arranged in a semicircular shape, with a bath and an area for wiping the body and drying the hair in the center. The locker room is shared with the changing room in the bath, and we go straight to the bath after getting naked in the locker room.
